Jon Montagna

Jon has been practicing law for over 20 years and in that time has successfully fought and won hundreds of suits, including cases involving severe and catastrophic injuries. After starting his career in law representing clients in personal injury, auto accident, and truck litigation, Jon now focuses on cases involving maritime injuries and accidents, including Jones Act claims, general maritime law, admiralty law, and Longshore Act claims.
